Pros

Decent pay, benefits and no weekends.

Cons

Feels very unstable. Promise you 50 hours a week and then will cut them to 40 with no intention to return. Does not feel like employees are valued at all.

Pros

The company has good/ fair pay to it's employees. The company has good long hours for those who like to work a lot. Overall good people in the workplace.

Cons

The Company has mandatory overtime that is required daily. Long hours, 12 hour days are not uncommon, five days a week, Saturdays when busy.Tons of Micro Management, and Poor training, learn as you go attitude.
