Pros
I've worked for URI for 6+ years now (1st term was 17 years). I applied for and got a job that required my family and I to move from Canada to the US. URI covered the VISA application, as well as the green cards for all. I appreciate what they do to encourage personal growth and family.
Cons
it's a big company, easy to get lost or overlooked if you don't advocate for yourself. Be patient, and respectful and you'll likely do well.
