Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you value the flexibility of working from home and the supportive relationships with your managers. We understand that call monitoring and time tracking can feel stressful at times. These tools are used to help ensure consistent customer service and equitable workloads across the team, not to create micromanagement. That said, we recognize how important it is to balance performance expectations with trust, autonomy and wellbeing and we continue to review our processes with that in mind. We appreciate your perspective and encourage open conversations with your manager if anything feels overwhelming. Your feedback helps us keep improving the employee experience.

Pros

There has been a clearer focus on stabilizing sales teams, simplifying IT processes, and creating a more consistent experience for sellers. New one week sales onboarding program in person with CEO and training team has been set up in place to help sellers get up to speed which helps create consistent experience and shows full commitment to new employees long term success. Budget and commission plans are achievable and incentivized for acceleration for 26’ sales. Continued workforce planning and new purchases of product lines will continue positive momentum.

Cons

Continued need to finesse communications between sales visibility and planning against tech hours
