The situation is getting worse year by year

Pros

If you are fortunate enough to get a good manager, probably you can spend a good time.

Cons

On my last project, I was forced to work 12+ hours a day for over 3 months without holidays. after that, I was collapsed. then, my manager pressed me to quit the company. It was the worst time in my entire life.

Pros

Unity devotes actual resources and time into diversity and inclusion in a meaningful and effectual way. There are excellent benefits, especially for LGBT employees' needs. Career growth is encouraged and supported. My team lacks the toxicity I've seen in other workplaces and I feel that my personal and mental health is always prioritized by my manager.

Cons

If you dislike change, you may not like how quickly the company is growing.

Pros

How can a corporate environment feel so welcoming and like home? Everyone is friendly and curious and we can do our own projects on our free time - including commercial ones. Compensation is competitive and the company mission feels close to heart. WFH until next July.

Cons

Growth pains - things move so fast that it's sometimes hard to keep track. One month vacation might mean there was an organisation change. Some teams need to work between time zones so that imposes some WLB challenges, but the managers are understanding.
