Executives are sometimes looking at employees as their marionettes because it's easy for them to just decide and fire a lot of people. Overall lack of a bigger vision, since there are a lot of new projects coming in very often, but no focus to fix actual outstanding problems. The feedback system is a bit problematic. It's tricky with salaries too, since they won't give you more than the set amount, even if you think you deserve more and you looked around at what is the average salary for your role.

Base salary is lower than the competition and the stock bonus has its own limitations (have to wait for a year till the first payment, you receive stock and not cash, complex tax process) Issues with higher management Rumors of hybrid remote work.
