Direct Staff works well together and always finds a way to make it worth being there

Cons

You’re never compensated for how hard you work or for picking up extra shifts, they continue to take any incentive they previously offered away and not add anything new or worth your time. Hard to find staff to pick up due to incentives being taken away.
