Pros

Given the lack of focus upon actually focusing on what will benefit the company and lack of strategy people come in late and leave early. The location is in a strip mall type location where there is not a great deal of traffic which made going to work less stressful.

Cons

This company clings to the importance of hierarchy for the sake of nothing but clinging to hierarchy. So, if you need to get something done and go to the person with answers, you will have to waste your time going through the hierarchy, otherwise, risk ruffling feathers.

Pros

This place is a sinking ship. This used to be the best hospital in Des Moines and thanks to leadership focusing on expanding instead of perfecting, we are in a huge crisis.

Cons

Nursing leadership needs to be fired from the top down. They care about the budget, not patient safety.
