      Great team environment. Shift bonuses for PM and night shifts. Good support from other hospital staff.

      Veru flexible with work schedule location of work is nice and commute is short.

      Cons

      Politcs played by managers and advancement opportunities are limited. Wages are below what is demanded from employees. Ok place to work.

      Pros

      Everything!! The benefits are amazing, the higher managment listens to employees. I worked for home health and could not have asked for a better team enviroment. If you are patient orientated and love to take care of people than this is the best place to work. They give their nurses the equipment and personal support needed to provide the best enviroment and patient outcome. If someone does not like working here than they are out of their mind. I have worked for different home care companies and IHHC is by far the BEST!!!!!

      Cons

      Sometimes nurses were asked to see more patients than possible in one day. But other days were slower so it all evened out.
