      The co-workers I worked with are very nice people.

      Cons

      I started in April and left in November, during this time I had a maximum of 8 hours of work per week to do and plan after plan fell through to provide me any work.

      Flexibility with schedule, could be very rewarding when seeing progress with consumers and their mental health

      Cons

      Caseload completely unmanageable 60 consumers in high needs community support program. Literally impossible to make productivity which ensuring best care for your consumers

      Great organization, everyone is willing to help and very friendly.

      Cons

      Do not like that holiday hours are a part of the PTO bank. I feel they should be company paid hours and should not be added into your PTO accrual that employees are responsible for tracking.
