      The co-workers I worked with are very nice people.

      Cons

      I started in April and left in November, during this time I had a maximum of 8 hours of work per week to do and plan after plan fell through to provide me any work.

      Great organization, everyone is willing to help and very friendly.

      Cons

      Do not like that holiday hours are a part of the PTO bank. I feel they should be company paid hours and should not be added into your PTO accrual that employees are responsible for tracking.

      Pros

      Making your own schedule, flexible schedule most of the time.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, lack of training, computer issues with charting. When I worked in the hospital in did not have these troubles, but with the computers for homecare it is contestant troubles. The charting is very long, and take hours to do even when you get proficient at it.
