      Benefits were decent. Could work as many hours as you wanted.

      Cons

      Management Short staffed Promotes staff that are deserving of higher positions. No chance of advancing if Manager doesn’t like you!! Requiring BSN degree; book smart doesn’t help with patient care...don’t need to learn to write papers Pay is bad.

      The pay is ok. The actual job is amazing. The tasks are simple enough.

      Cons

      If you are not a nurse you get treated with so much disrepect and you get used. They never believe the nurses can do wrong.

      Micromanagement Excessive productivity quota Managers obsess over productivity/quantity vs quality of work Hard to communicate with managers and supervisors, they are always gone or in meetings and take days or weeks to answer emails
