Like all healthcare right now we are often understaffed, leading to very busy days with minimal chances for breaks

The hours are not always conducive to the best work life balance.

Pay is far below market average. Raises are below cost of living and there is no incentive to work hard (less than 3% every year) Company is solely focused on the clinical side, and no investments are made to corporate and system services employees. Limited to no professional development, networking or learning opportunities for corporate employees. Extremely difficult to move up and receive an above standard raise. There are constant changes with the healthcare industry and senior leadership changes often. The systems cuts costs at every corner - No travel, conferences, off sites. Several teams are severely understaffed and people are expected to work extra hours to make up for this.
