      good place to work, veriety of cases, compensation, facilities were also good

      Cons

      work life balance was bad, some of the providers preferred to refer rather than treat. Administration was a bit detached.

      Coworkers were great there, there were no interdepartmental problems. The pay was above average. The reviews were fair and the cont Ed was frequent.

      There are always bad apples, but Allen had few. The president was personable and friendly. As any hospital, hours tend to suck but that's the life. There have been affiliation changes lately. Construction is good and bad
