UnityPoint Health reviews about "management"

Emergency Nursing will always have days with higher ratios/higher acuity patients, even on those days I still felt supported by management and staff alike. RN pay in the state is low, and theirs matches local pay rates. Recently raised med/surg RN pay by $5 an hour, not matched for other areas/specialties.

coworkers are crap and management is aware and wont do anything. Often understaffed. lots of new employees but turnover is high

Low salary and overworked, scheduling

Long work hours and out of hours work required

I honestly don't have any cons. I love my job and working for UPH so much that I take advantage of the job referral program as much as I can!

out of touch management, eroding patient care, understaffing

Management shows favoritism to certain, benefits are terrible

Hostel work environment, management is terrible, have to have an in with management to move up.
