Pay is two low but the benefits are great

Every third weekend and required holidays, Insurance is comprehensive but only a small number of providers covered, some conflicts in policies - COVID absences included in attendance points but other policy includes correctional action if you go to work with COVID symptoms

Pay could be much better, they want their employees to further their education but they don’t assist with loan repayment or have any incentives to do so, management doesn’t care about their team members

in house management isn't in charge of things like pay, strict attendance policy.

The organization placed me in a filthy office, provided very limited guidance and training, and had weak mid-senior-level management who provided little to no guidance on routine matters or strategic direction.
