Bad management and upper administration

Micro management, upper leadership often makes decisions without knowing what is going on in the field

upper management expects too much

They do not care about the quality of care to the patient. They are continually focused on how to make more money, cut corners, and demand more and more employees. The managers are gossipy and do not have integrity. There is company-wide pressure to be fakely pro-company when almost everyone hates working there. Also the pay is dismal.

Management and upper-level administration only care about money. The pay is low. We don't have needed supplies due to budget reasons.

Poor upper management communication to patient experience when in transition

Almost total lack of communication between upper management and nursing. Not a good nursing based model.

Upper Management could be more attentive and pay could be better.

Upper management and administration is out of touch with the reality of bedside healthcare leaving some units understaffed frequently. FOCUS values are not consistently enforced for all, especially in the case of physicians who are allowed to verbally abuse nurses without repercussion. Lower pay than the competition across the river, not as nice of a facility either.
