Can take months to get fired. If you’re a favorite the. You have no worries.

Cons

Management has a lot of favoritism. Will promise you something but never follow through. Inattentive to the needs of researchers and some under knowledgeable. Getting a raise is pretty non existent. Lack of direction and communication.
