Pros

PTO Instant sick time Laid back setting

Cons

There is no room for growth you can only move to a different position. Pay has gone up $1 in the 4 years I've been there while other companies are paying more. They paid Temps more than their own full time employees.

Pros

This is the best job I had ever worked. They force you to take a lunch break so you work 8 and a half hours to make up the unpaid break. You can take two 15 minute breaks whenever you want that are paid too. My old jobs I barley had time to take a break and it was frowned upon. I love the environment. Everyone is so nice and understanding even upper management. They are flexible with scheduling too. You can makeup some time missed. Decorate your cubicle as you please.

Cons

My job hasn't been busy to be overtime but I have heard of others doing so, but more money. In that sense there isn't really overtime for me as of now. 40 hours, hourly pay. I don't really have any cons. The pay isn't too bad starting out.
