Pros

Same schedule each week, coworkers are nice and big pay increase for full time.

Cons

Supervisors will not hesitate to fire employees who do not meet their quota or even just because they can. Breaks are bad as in a 5 hr part time shift they only give you one 10 minute break. Management will also write you up for whatever they decide to enforce that week. Many good employees were let go becauae of this

Overall the company treats its employees well, with perks, nice accomadations and descent pay.

Cons

It really depends on who your manager is. If you happen to have a bad one than you will be treated poorly in your dept.
