Pros

Fully paid health insurance is about the only pro

Cons

This is an absolutely horrible place to work for. I believe most of the positive reviews are HR requesting certain employees whom they persuade to write something positive (look at the dates). The middle management here is full of micro managers and operate a model based on fear. Majority have never worked at any other employer and started as a low end employee and were rewarded with promotions while the company grew at a tremendous pace. They do not know how to truly lead employees and are stuck in the 90's mindset - leadership model. Theres a reason middle management has all been here their entire careers, they will fail if they went elsewhere and do not know any other industries. COO is a joke and stuck in old ways. Stay far far away if you value your sanity and dont want to be micromanaged and miserable coming into work every day. Be prepared to be packed like a sardine in their cubicles and shuttled every day while leaving your car parked at a stadium, god forbid youre 5 minutes late because the bus isnt running on schedule, you will get lectured and written up. Take a stroll around campus during lunch and notice people sitting on the sidewalk, floors or outside benches in the dirt full of bugs if you can find a seat. CEO is busy having girls do twerking contests at company party and throwing money at them, instead of providing a suitable environment for his business and employees. Theres a reason true customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction is horrible here. Look at the Google reviews on the customer side of things, employees are treated the same way. Be prepared for bait and switch recruiting tactics. They will tell you lies to get you in the door and treat you horribly.
