Long hours and stressful environment. First off your training is 3 weeks of videos..hours long. Then when you are placed on a team, you are not allowed to ask other employees for help. And I saw that someone posted that you are always threatened to be fired. The job is not hard at all. Especially if you have experience. But the process to get from A to B is ridiculously long. And they have the firm like a cult. You really don’t know who to trust just to ask for directions. And if you do ask someone, they will go behind your back saying you’re asking them for help. And then management gets involved. On top of that the attorneys are treated like crap and have no authority over the paralegal or legal assistant. Now the legal assistant has the biggest job….I mean they are swamped with work. And no room for growth. The legal assistant has to work 6 days a week just to keep a float. Then the managers will tell you that you are doing great and behind your back they are telling that you are worse. They’re always saying it’s a Great place to work. That’s only from management. Most of the post are from either management or current employees who are for ed to make a post. I’m a current employee HEAVY TURN OVER RATE!!! People are in and out within 2 months. If someone is there longer than a year….consider them a vet. You could be asking someone a question and poof their gone. And the office is cold and so is the staff. When I’m the office, if someone see you talking to another staff…they will go behind your back to see what you were talking about. I blame management for this. They have created an environment that nobody trust nobody…MICO MANAGEMENT!!!
