Pros

Depending on which area you work, there is a fast advancement to your career. They offer many different perks; free park entrance, holiday pay as well as free holiday meals. Discounts on merch., park tickets, food, etc... Flexible availability, if it also benefits them of course. But it usually does.

Cons

They hire just about anyone. Some lazy, only there for the pay, which is not much but it is better than a few years back. Higher team members (management, yes they are also team members regardless of their title), tend to think they are better because of their title!!

Pros

Some benefits Good for new employees

Cons

Lazy management Favoritism Lack of communication Lack of competence Disrespect for seniority Leading to a toxic workplace environment where the hard working employees who mind their own business will never going to be recognized no matter how hard they try, because all of the recognition is always going to the managment friends, (the employees who usually brings them all the gossip) leadership loves to be in control but they are too lazy to do things on their own and instead, they rely on those gossipers employees to bring them all the information (that supose to be true) and that way those same employees don't have to work at all. They get to be lazy too. Is like a very corrupt negotiation in workplace.
