Cons

There isn’t any pay transparency with ANY position of theirs. When you bring it up you’ll get the corporate answer. Still though, this place is where you want to be to advance in the financial industry. Will give you all the tools to succeed!

The benefits are decent. They believe you should have work/life balance

Cons

They are a vendor based company. They don’t trust the engineers that they hired. They say are doing agile but really not. Middle management is not good with keeping their word. They don’t use the math required to predicting how long a feature takes. You just get a deadline. Middle management is not qualified for their positions. They got good recommendation. They have their favorites and people who gets special treatment. The Infrastructure is stuck in 1998. They are going to have some awards for best place for parents. Don’t believe it. It is a grift.
