Upper management almost seems like they only care about each other. I had expressed my concerns and they always went unnoticed. The job itself is very taxing & is not for the weak. Imagine taking back to back calls for 8 hours with minimal breaks (that are timed). Not only are they timed, but you’ll get penalized for going over time. It was great when I first started in the branch, but management went downhill quickly. Don’t expect to move up if you’re not a “yes man.” Some of these good reviews are from management who all made a plan to write them at the same time. Lastly, the hourly pay is nowhere near enough, especially considering the amount of work & the level of emotional toll it took to do this job.

I wanted to move up but wasn't sure where to go from here, so I looked for other jobs outside the credit union. I knew I didn't want to be a manager, which felt like the only option.
