Pros

Everyone is on the same team and generally all get along. The office location is nice.

Cons

There is no trust from higher ups in the employee's ability to accomplish or even set goals. A lot of business decisions are made out of thin air or off a whim. Benefits are well below par.

Founder major blocker to company’s success

Pros

Can’t say enough good things about most of the team and customers. Genuine people who are talented and care.

Cons

Their founder and CEO needs to step down if the company wants to continue. He treats his employees with disrespect and berates anyone who disagrees with him. This person is amused by cruelty to others and is his only way to get what he wants. He doesn’t listen nor seems to care about the market’s needs either.

Pros

* Everyone working here is amazing and open to listening besides the CEO * Opportunity to move up in your role as long as you don't want to get paid more. * Besides forced desk time they are very flexible on when you work.

Cons

* Stingy on raises and paying people what they are worth * Have a core value of people over profit but employees are not those people * CEO micromanagers all the executive leadership. You are a yes man or get pushed out. * Try to be a remote company when it is clear the CEO wants everyone in the office so they force hours everyone needs to be at their desk and tons of synchronous meets.
