Upgrade reviews

Don't expect to be treated like an adult at Upgrade. This company put a capital M in micromanagement. If you try to go into aftercall after a call to type in notes the director will change your status back to available. If you are even a minute late from coming back from your break or lunch, you will hear about it. Pretty soon the company will have scheduled bathroom breaks and you will have to sign out a pass just to take bathroom break just like in high school. This company is so unprofessional is so many ways and that is saying a lot because Ive worked at McDonalds before. The director is a complete and incompetent moron. I can't believe he was even hired. That should have been my first clue that this company was an absolute joke. Most of the supervisors are passive aggressive and treat you like a child instead of recognizing that you are an adult with a life outside of Upgrade. This company is absolutely pathetic. If you are thinking about applying I would apply somewhere else you can do better and you deserve way better.

They are located down town so a little bit of a drive, but they company is worth it.
