Pros
Awesome location with plenty of free snacks and drinks, cold brew on tap! Company has a collaborative environment and is experiencing tremendous growth, co-workers are all very bright and talented. Being that it's still so new, it seems that opportunities to grow are everywhere. Hours are flexible, good pay, benefits are great!
Cons
Like many start-ups, procedures and policies are still being built out. Change and ambiguity are always present, so if you are looking for something that is clear and established, this might not be the time to apply.
