      Pros

      You know you have a great job when you enjoy coming to work. CEO and leadership team knows what they're doing and put people first - most important in building a successful company. For employees they are focused on building an environment that drives collaboration and creativity. They have been successful in creating finance products before and have a vision on how to make it even better. I love my direct team and have a lot of respect for their experience. Always up for a challenge, great energy, and care about what they work on and how it will impact the business. Everyone takes responsibility for their work but want to help each other too. All together, we get a lot done, all while having fun.

      Pros

      Great team who knows what they are doing based on industry experience. Growing quickly. Start-up speed and easy to get work done. Collaborative environment. Tackling big challenges on how to take online lending to the next level.

      Cons

      We are at an early stage so the benefits like 401k haven't been set up yet, but that will be coming soon enough, so not much of real negative. (medical benefits are great!)

      Working with the leadership team has been an educational and motivating experience. I'm grateful to be learning from the best in the industry. They foster an environment which sets up employees for success and growth. It's refreshing to work in a collaborative office- we have a diverse employee base that spans execs who have been in financial banking for years combined with tech innovators. Employees are united on our mission to create a product that helps consumers achieve a better financial life.
