They promised work life balance and did not deliver. They actually had forced ot, and lied/mislead about how heavy customer service the job was. Any pick up in business requires you to stay for OT and to give up half of your lunch or stay after hours. However, they don't allow you to take 30 minute lunches to get out early since it doesn't benefit them. They don't seem to value their employees like they say they do.
The culture is very casual but can get to the point of being unprofessional. Team leads avoid responsibility when they can and encourage drama if they find it entertaining. I understand you want to have a young fun environment but when leadership thinks its ok to unironically and frequently use internet/ meme speak and openly talk or allow others to talk about personal/sex life at work is quite irritating.
It is very easy to see why the turnover rate is so high here.
