They do provide lunch so that helps your budget.

Cons

The management is very poor. They mistreat employees and if you speak up it just gets worse.

Free catered lunch everyday, free snacks, free medical, dental and vision, bonuses and spiffs for OT and production, Earn PTO even when working OT, unlimited OT

Cons

New company training isn’t that great, some team leads do not do there job like they are supposed to.

Pros

only job I could get after applying to 30 companies. Recruiters are beyond desperate to fill seats, more like sales women.

Cons

I left my job at Wells Fargo thinking there was better out there, looks like i was wrong. Wells Fargo has had many public scandals the last few years, doesn't even come close to Upgrade. If you leave your seat you will be bullied by the best micro managers in the business. Upgrade has been around for 4 years, yet hasn't been profitable for one day! RUN
