Pros
Upland's transparency keeps me optimistic for the future. The monthly meetings from the President of Upland are informative and he shares enough information to the employees where they feel comfortable about the acquisition that happened just over a year ago. There is a positivity that I have not experienced to date in my career life and that makes me want to come to work everyday. I do believe that this is something that is here to stay. It's very uplifting to be appreciated for a job well done, which I do believe Upland has done a great job doing so.
Cons
There are some management seniors that work remotely or in other offices, which has taken some time to get used to. Would be nice to see those employees more frequently but I do understand that travel is expensive and is an expense that the company can control.
