culture can be good at times, lots of areas for improvement

Cons

some of the practices for managing software products are outdated, HQ pretty disconnected with individual product locations, very limited budgets, pretty slow to get things done considering the size of certain product teams are small.

Made up of a collection of acquired small companies, and the resultant, dominant company culture creates an environment that is not as positive or supportive.

Pros

The environment is positive, the people are fun and the working conditions are professional and flexible. My co-workers are incredibly team-oriented and are truly interested and sincere in offering their assistance for the betterment of the team. My experience and interaction with Upland co-workers in other locations has been equally as positive. I am impressed with the consistent and informative communication from executives, including the monthly meetings from the President of Upland.

Cons

Nothing significantly out of the ordinary. Just some bumps and kinks to iron out as people adjust to change, new systems and new acquisitions.
