      Pros

      Flexible work hours and supportive coworkers made this tolerable. Also great products and technology.

      Cons

      Way to hierarchical for a small company. Everyone has multiple levels of management to go through just to get simple stuff done. They are trying to make the company look good on paper for resale.

      Pros

      Being that it is a small company, you get to form some really tight bonds with the other employees. The management is great, they are all very understanding and relaxed, not to mention really cool.

      Cons

      Being that the company is so small, it is hard to compete with some of the bigger companies in the field. However, ComSci definitely has some big time clients and after the merger with Upland, this all might change.
