A lot of the great people were/are leaving the company due to mismanagement and typical public company greed.

Good Ol' boy network wherein they keep the profits and freeze out the regular employees. Terrible morale. No advancement. A complete mess of recently acquired companies that have no central theme or unity. This place is held together with scotch tape. I can't even sell my stock because its dropped so much it would cost more to sell than it is worth. Raises are a complete joke. HR hides in her office, ignores questions & emails. Last year, a mid level employee had had enough and just threw up his hands, walked out in a huff & never came back. Wish I'd done that too.
