Nothing. I could not possible speak more poorly about this excuse for a functioning company. They acquire companies for breakfast to keep their revenue positive and give 0 care towards people.
Cons
We were acquired by Upland. 30 minute all hands meeting was all they gave us. During that meeting they made it known some would be let go. Typical in an acquisition. However... After that, 1 month of silence followed. 0 willingness to even talk to the team they just bought. In fact, after the 30 minute announcement, upland was nowhere to be seen. They left everyone in the dark and disappeared until half our company signed a deal with our direct competitor out of fear and anger for them. Upland took every opportunity to make the right decision and show they care, and decided instead to take the position of not caring at all. If you are unfortunate enough to be acquired by this joke of a company, RUN! (Disclaimer I have been in 4 acquisitions. This is not typical acquisition banter as they will say. They will acquire a new company every 90 days to stay in the green and give 0 care as to what happens to the hard working employees.)
