Very toxic people and organization. Stay away. The CEO and executive management team are evil. “Unlimited vacation” depends on who your manager is

Very toxic company from CEO down Roll up, no organic growth I witnessed Upland destroy many of the companies it acquired President and COO will only ask you questions if he thinks you don’t know the answer Layoff galore Good old boys club No annual raises No 401K

We’re sorry you didn’t have a good experience at Upland. Just to clarify, Upland does offer a 401k plan with excellent investment choices and very low fees. Also, most employees are eligible for merit-based annual salary increases and either company bonuses tied to company and individual performance or incentive pay. More broadly, Upland has a very customer-focused approach that has taken our net promoter score to new heights and helped us to be included in the Russell 2000 this year. Honestly cannot think of a single one. Maybe the unlimited PTO, but so what?

Cons

These people (management) are just all out of craps to give for the people that work for them. The only concern is the bottom line and how things look to the investors. I have seen good and very talented people shoved aside like so much trash on the sidewalk. Small companies that have people who have put their blood, sweat and tears into building valued products over decades are treated with no more respect than you would treat a sewer rat. It's pathetic and these people are pathetic.
