Pros

Most faculty are good, honorable people. Good students overall and nice campus and accommodations.

Cons

Administration has contentious view of faculty. Turnover is high, new Provost almost yearly. New Provost is lacking in many key areas of leadership. President is surrounded by “yes”’people. Nepotism is historically rampant in many levels.

Cons

Zero raises in 4 years. Zero professional development. Management changes their mind a lot due to whim not facts. Enrollment down so layoffs are common.
