Everything you do on your computer is monitored. All calls are recorded. Metrics,metrics,metrics all day every day.

The situation I found myself in was what many would call a bait and switch situation. There was much more responsibility placed onto me as an individual than was ever disclosed to me during the interview and during onboarding
