It's exciting to be working on such an important mission at an organization that has the courage to think big, and the ability to execute on that vision. Smart, thoughtful, and deeply committed leaders.

Cons

It's a start-up, and we're still building the organization and processes from scratch and figuring things out as we go.

Pros

While Upstream is still relatively small at the moment, we are rapidly expanding and with each new hire comes a different perspective. The culture is that of mutual respect, and it is apparent with each interaction that takes place.

Cons

Because it is still a relatively new start-up, the org is still in the process of establishing best practices and policies however I do not feel the lack of practices/policies hinder my job performance.

Great mission, huge growth opportunity and the opportunity to make a difference. Inclusive culture and the organization goes out of its way for employees. Good benefits and balance.

Cons

We are fast growing and a start-up. Employees are in multiple locations and sometimes it can feel like not everyone is connected.
