Hi there: Since you are a contractor, we don't have the ability to offer you benefits other than the gig work in testing for our panel. We do appreciate what you are doing for us and hope we can continue to give you enough work to augment the other things you are doing!

Pros

* UX is a growth industry and UserZoom is well placed to capitalize on UX growth. * Lots of talented people * Great product that has been improving in the last few years. Lots more to improve (fast) to remain competitive. * Good open culture, lot of improvements in the last year

Cons

* Clearly there is a lot of growing pain * Lots of changes, need some stability * Pressure to do good work (which isn't a con in itself)
