Pros

Remote working Occasionally some interesting projects Non management colleagues are easy going and helpful Nice industry

Cons

It used to be a company that empowered its employees unfortunately what we see lately is: - micromanagement - overly criticized for small mistakes - Directors looking down to other employees - lack and denial of career progression - knee jerk performance reviews - hard work and long hours never recognized or appreciated

Pros

Good base pay Culture is decent overall but has been changing since a recent acquisition Good product

Cons

Management is not transparent A lot of things were promised during the interview process but as time went on true colors started to show. Several moving parts and processes. Pretty throw stuff at the wall and see when sticks. Leadership lacks. No diversity for a specific race (I won’t say)
