Utica is a great place to work. It's a friendly, family like environment offering a competitive salary and benefits package. It really is all about the people. That's what makes Utica great. . They hold the bar high. It you are not willing to work hard to get the job done, it's not the place for you.

As an employee, you want to know that your hard work is not going unnoticed and that you are an integral part of the company. Throughout my time with Utica National, I have found that more often than not, leaders and coworkers will make it a point to acknowledge the positive work that is being done. The ability to move throughout and up in the organization is a huge plus as well. If you have a positive attitude and outlook, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn new skills and apply them quickly, you will be given the opportunity to advance! What more could you ask for in a company?

Cons

No organization is perfect, but I don't have any complaints!
