Utica National is an incredible work place. Feels more like family than it does work. Always show up to help other team mates without being asked work cohesively and develop strong relationships

Pros

Work-life balance is great if you set boundaries and have a decent leader. Pay can be good when you are first hired. A stable job that is very secure if you are competent at all. The CEO seems to care about the people and stepped it up during Covid-19.

Cons

With some exceptions, the IT department is optimized to retain average/mediocre employees and churn thru good ones. A lot of the tech/processes are very outdated. Many of the “leaders” and smaller groups here are toxic and more concerned with self-image than focusing on performing quality work.
