- As Utz grows & acquires other companies, some crucial departments are not growing with it, putting strain on the current employees. - Got a rotten raise my first year, despite being the most productive & reliable employee in my department - Company keeps hiring more VPs, resulting in increasingly more demands and after-hours commitments from an already strained support staff.

Commission based paychecks fluctuate way too much...it all depends if people buy chips that week or not. Stress of owning the business is not worth the pay. Hardly any support from management/warehouse. Quite frankly, people just do not do their job at this company. Very misleading statements from management. Say one thing, do another type environment. I can't stress enough the complete LACK of support for the employees. Including issues at stores on the route; there isn't any help from management. Warehouse hours are restrictive. Sometimes there is someone inside the warehouse, but that doesn't mean they will let you in. Very frustrating. No support for vacation time, surgeries, anything like that -- you are on your own.
