      Worst place to work..this is not at all a software company..they will fire you at any time without reason.they fired about 20+members in last 2 months .since they do not have solid projects.all are weeks projects.do not think about this company and don't waste your valuable time.all project leads worst guys i ever seen.they do not know how to work with team. about the management,they do not know how to manage the organization.

      I have been working with V-Soft since 5 years. V-Soft has great people, enthusiastic team, a good vision, willing to develop the company. It provides a good environment and culture to explore the new technology and skills. V-Soft has good projects in .Net, service now and Mobile technology and resources are guided at all the level by senior resources and management. They have very good experience in maintaining process across the organization and that is followed by throughout the organization in all the departments
