      Pros

      V-Soft is one of the fastest growing company in its segment and due to which there are lots of challenging opportunities for each employee. Accepting challenges and an opportunity to learn "how to win".Open for advises and inputs but not in implementing.

      Cons

      Nothing major considering it is in mid size segment and growing exponentially. The process are not that streamlines but I guess that is kind of expected.

      I had worked with V-Soft Consulting Group from October 2014 – May 2015 as Sr. Recruiter in Hyderabad Offshore office. I enjoyed the atmosphere and working conditions in V-Soft . The employment I had with V- Soft was really great. Starters in US Recruiting carrier can learn a lot from V-Soft .
