      Pros

      At V-Soft you hear the word Family used a lot and it is fitting as they do treat everyone with the proper respect and dignity that they deserve. This is a growing company that provides great opportunities to people who desire career growth and want to learn new skills. They do fun team building events and support a lot of different causes in the community. The team has a lot of fun together and that culture is driven from the top down.

      Cons

      Benefits are well priced but would always like to see them cheaper.
