      Pros

      1) From a pay perspective, they are timely and decent. It keeps their standards high. 2) In terms of paper work for Visa & Green card, absolutely thorough and straight-forward documentation. Getting the job right is way better than getting the job done. 3) Good benefits (HSA etc.,) 4) Good Technology training and recruitment

      I have not seen or faced anything myself yet so far. So, I can't say!
