      Pros

      1. Never delayed a paycheck. (This is not the case with many consulting firms) 2. Thorough documentation for (H-1B, Visa stamping, Green card etc) 3. Your pay will be reasonably good if you negotiate properly. Always ask for how much V-soft is getting paid for the contract

      Cons

      1. They do not have a lot of direct clients. So you will end up with middle vendor in 95% of the cases 2. My resource manager was transparent in terms of pay-related issues, but she did not market me aggressively and was not always prompt in replying to my calls 3. Once I left the company they revoked my I-140. Not sure why they did it, but this caused me a lot of trouble

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Excellent Resource Managers and great immigration staff that takes cares of your H1B and Green Card processing. Very efficient in getting things done on time and the company is very well recognized. Truly amazing people!

      Pros

      Well, you get to meet many new people. In 7 months over 15 people at the corporate office came and went. If you are a fresh graduate with no experience, you can gain some here. But, don't look for any training or being given the tools you need to be successful.

      Cons

      Mismanagement. Lack of communication. Perhaps C level people have a business plan/strategy, but it is never shared beyond those 3-4 people. Lack of short-term and long-term vision. Lack of trust. Office drama.
