Pros

When they are recruiting, communication is good, salary was good, benefit package was good.

Cons

Once you are placed, there is zero communication. You cannot get any response! When your contract is close to ending they do. It even let you know if it will be extended or not. There is never a response to any questions asked. My experience with them was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

They are a big company.

Cons

No one cares about the employees. Your email will never be replied to. Your phone calls will never be answered. If you need something, you are on your own. You, the employee, are the last priority. They just care about timesheet signed from the client. Everyone is leaving this company. Especially the ones who work for clients and earn money for V-soft.

Decent Payment , They have at will agreement that you can leave the firm when every you want just you have to pay $1500

Cons

I wasted my 5 months in this Firm to get a project, but I never got any had to leave because of the amount of time I had spend with the firm to get a project, My issue were never escalated to Senior Resource Manager, and the day when I left the firm my Resource Manager talked very rude to me
